clean and trim

crumbled and cooked

hard cheese like pecorino, grana or any other

nutmeg powder

stale breadcrumbs

Instructions
Place artichokes upside down for opening and creating a hole or dent in the centre.
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients and reserve half the cheese for using a topping. Lastly, mix crumbled bacon to the mixture.
Take the artichokes and fill them well with this filling.
Garnish with the remaining half cheese.

Place the stuffed artichokes on the rack into the Instant Pot.
Set to the “Manual” at high pressure for 10 minutes.
Select “Cancel” and release pressure quickly.
Remove the stuffed artichokes on a serving platter.
