Ingredients

  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • ½ lb chestnuts boiled
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 potato peeled and chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place butter, sage, bay, onion, celery and potato in your Instant Pot.
  • Press “Sauté” and cook for about 3 minutes, until the ingredients starts to fry.
  • Add chestnuts and vegetable broth and lock the lid.
  • Cook at high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Quickly release the steam.
  • Remove sage and bay leaves and adjust with salt, pepper and nutmeg powder.
  • Serve hot.
