  • cups uncooked quinoa
  • cup water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • fresh berries
  • sliced almonds


  1. Turn on the instant pot.

  2. Add water in it.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients in the pot.

  4. Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 2 minutes, release the pressure quickly through steam vent.

  5. Serve and garnish it with milk, almonds and berries.
