bottle beer

beef broth

drained and rinsed
sour cream

Instructions
Turn on the instant pot and select sauté.
Add oil and onions.
Let them sauté for a while till they turn light brown.
Add all peppers and garlic to onions and sauté them for 3 more minutes.
Add cumin, hot pepper and chili powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add beef cubes in it and add all the remaining ingredients except cheese and cream.
Lock the lid of the instant pot.
Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 20 minutes, release the pressure naturally through steam vent.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
