  • 2 cups coarse polenta
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 8 cup liquids


  • Add water in an instant pot and boil it.
  • Add polenta flour and salt into it. Keep stirring constantly.
  • Cover with the lid and adjust the pressure on manual “High” for 8 minutes.
  • Release the pressure naturally.
  • It is ready.
