Ingredients

  • 12 cup water
  • 1/4 cup bay seasoning
  • 1 lb purple potatoes
  • 6 ears of corn, husked cleaned
  • 1 (14 oz.) pakage turkey sausage reduced into roundels
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Instructions

  • Select “Manual” function on the Instant Pot pressure cooker.
  • Add water, potatoes and bay to its cooking pot.
  • Secure the lid and cook for about 5 minutes at high pressure.
  • Release the steam naturally then remove the lid.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Cook on “Sauté” for about 5 minutes.
  • Cook on “Sauté” for about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer turkey sausages to the serving bowl.
  • Top them with remaining sauce.
  • Serve warm.
