tuna
in oil

tablespoon
butter
1
cup
arborio rice
1
onion
chopped
1½
cup
chicken broth
½
cup
seafood stock
1
tablespoon
minced garlic
1
lemon
juice and zest
Instructions
Select "saute" and add butter.
Once melted, add tuna and saute until tender.
Stir in onion and garlic and saute for 3 more minutes.
Add rice and mix well.
Stir in seafood stock and chicken broth, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Serve and enjoy :)
Notes
Feel free to add carrots, celery, parsley and anything you like.
If you don't have seafood stock, you can replace it with ½ more cup of chicken broth.
