Instant Pot Bacon BBQ Devilled Eggs

  • 6 eggs hard-boiled
  • 4 slices bacon crumbled
  • 1 tsbp mayonnise
  • 1 tbsp low fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp sweet BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper


  • Add water in the inner pot of instant pot and place the trivet in it.
  • Put the eggs on the trivet and close the lid.
  • Press the “Manual” button and cook for about 6 minutes on HIGH pressure.
  • Release the pressure naturally through the steam vent.
  • Open the lid and put the eggs in cold water.
  • Remove the shells from the eggs when they are cooled down.
  • For devil eggs, remove the yolk from the hard-boiled eggs and place it in a bowl.
  • Add all the other ingredients in the bowl. Whisk well.
  • Fill the mixture in the piping bag and pipe this mixture in the centre of each hard-boiled egg.
  • Garnish with crumbled crisp bacon, paprika and pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy!
