Add water in the inner pot of instant pot and place the trivet in it.
Put the eggs on the trivet and close the lid.
Press the “Manual” button and cook for about 6 minutes on HIGH pressure.
Release the pressure naturally through the steam vent.
Open the lid and put the eggs in cold water.
Remove the shells from the eggs when they are cooled down.
For devil eggs, remove the yolk from the hard-boiled eggs and place it in a bowl.
Add all the other ingredients in the bowl. Whisk well.
Fill the mixture in the piping bag and pipe this mixture in the centre of each hard-boiled egg.
Garnish with crumbled crisp bacon, paprika and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
