  • 4 large chicken breasts boneless, skinless,diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 cup lemon coriander sauce
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 green onions chopped


  • Add all the ingredients except lemon coriander sauce and cornstarch slurry in the inner pot of instant pot.
  • Close the lid and press the “Manual” button.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes on HIGH pressure and release the pressure naturally through the steam vent.
  • Open the lid and add lemon coriander sauce. Stir well.
  • Prepare cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch and water and add it in the instant pot.
  • Select “Sauté” and simmer until the sauce is thickened.
  • Dish out the chicken and serve hot.
