grated carrots
2-3 carrots

maple syrup

rice flour

coconut oil

cocoa powder

for the Instant Pot
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients (except the water) in a bowl.
Take a push pan or cake pan that fits in your Instant Pot.
Pour the batter into the push pan.
Add 2 cups of water to the Instant Pot and set the trivet.
Place the push pan over the trivet.
Lock lid and turn the valve to seal.
Cook at high pressure for 45 minutes.
When the cooking cycle ends, do a quick pressure release.
Open the lid and take out the pan.
Serve and enjoy :)
