Instant Pot Orange Chicken

boneless skinless chicken breast
cut into cubes

tomato sauce

soy sauce

orange juice

brown sugar

grated ginger

tablespoon
rice wine

orange
zested
1
teaspoon
garlic powder

tablespoon
cornstarch

tablespoon
water

tablespoon
chopped parsley
for serving
Instructions
Pour oil into the Instant Pot and press “Saute”.
Add chicken cubes and saute for 5 minutes until brown.
Add orange juice, tomato sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, rice wine, garlic powder, and orange zest and stir well.
Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Open the lid and press “Saute” again.
Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water, add it to the Instant Pot and stir.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy :)
