Cover the lid properly. Press 'Rice' at low and set the timings at 12 minutes.
Open the lid and give it a natural release.
Sprinkle the black seeds on top and serve! :)

Notes
Before cooking, wash the rice properly until water runs clear and soak them for an or hour two.
If you want less sticky rice, soak them for 40 minutes. It would be quite enough.
We give this rice, a natural release because the more the rice sits into steam, the more they become stickier. But if you want only that gluey consistency in rice when it's cooked, then you can give the rice a careful quick release.
