  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups jasmine rice rinse and drained
  • 1/2 cup unsalted chicken stock
  • salt to taste


  1. Add coconut milk, salt and unsalted chicken stock in a 500 ml measuring cup.

  2. Place jasmine rice in the inner pot of instant pot.

  3. Pour the coconut mixture in it and stir.

  4. Cover the lid and press the “Manual” button.

  5. Cook for about 25 minutes and release the pressure through the steam vent.

  6. Uncover the lid and take out the rice.

  7. Serve and enjoy.
