Instant Pot Clams with Béchamel Sauce

  • 1 pound shell clams
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup béchamel sauce


  • Mix together all the ingredients except clams and béchamel sauce.
  • Arrange a trivet in the Instant Pot and add red wine mixture.
  • Transfer the clams on the trivet and close the lid.
  • Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Release the pressure naturally and top with béchamel sauce.
