Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 3 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.

Don't forget to carefully clean your clams before cooking.Instead of 3 minutes and quick release, you can cook for 2 minutes and then wait for a natural release.You can decrease the amount of butter to ¼ cup or use olive oil instead.If you prefer a thicker sauce, use a cornstarch slurry to thicken it after cooking.
