Instructions
Arrange the trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot and add water.
Cut the onion in slices. Season the onion slices with salt and pepper.
Transfer the seasoned onion slices on the trivet and lock the lid.
Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” at “High Pressure” for 5 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally and dish out.
Drizzle with butter and serve hot.
