  • 12 bacon strips cut in half
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 8 pork chops bone-in
  • 2 tbsp butter


  1. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.

  2. Put the butter and seasoned pork chops in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.

  3. Sauté for 3 minutes on both sides and lock the lid.

  4. Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” for 15 minutes at high pressure.

  5. Carefully do the natural pressure release and add bacon.

  6. Select “Sauté” and sauté for 3 minutes.

  7. Add shredded Swiss cheese and sauté for 2 minutes.

  8. Dish out and serve hot.
