cooked lamb meat
chopped

bok choy
sliced into thin strips

yellow onions
chopped

jalapeño peppers
seeded and chopped

cup
homemade beef broth
2
cup
cream

tablespoon
fresh lemon juice

tablespoon
butter
to taste
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place the oil in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.
Add the onions and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add lamb meat and cook for about 5 minutes.
Select “Cancel” and stir in the jalapeño peppers, bok choy and broth.
Secure the lid and cook under “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 3 minutes.
Select “Cancel” and carefully do a Quick release.
Remove the lid and stir in lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
Serve hot.
