Instant Pot Ham and Potato Soup

Instructions
Press the saute button on the Instant Pot at normal temperature for 5 minutes.
Add the butter to the Instant Pot.
nce the butter is added and melted some, add the flour.
Pour in the milk and stir with a wooden spoon.
Remove the mixture from the Instant Pot and set it in a bowl. Add the diced potatoes into the clean Instant Pot.
Add the diced ham to the pot.
Add the chopped onion and the chopped celery to the pot.
Add the chicken broth into the pot.
Cook on low pressure for 10 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Take off the lid and add a little bit more flour.
Pour the previously prepared mixture back into the pot.
Add the salt and black pepper and stir the ingredients together.
Serve and enjoy :)

Notes
You can use fresh or frozen ham for this dish.
You can also use turkey meat in the place of ham as well.
If the soup is too thick after it's made, you can always mix in a little bit of milk to help thin it out.
