Instant Pot Beef Jerky

beef round steak
sliced

cup
soy sauce

tablespoon
worcestershire sauce

tablespoon
liquid smoke
2
tablespoon
brown sugar

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper

teaspoon
meat tenderizer
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
paprika
Instructions
Cut the meat into thin slices.
Add the sliced meat to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the soy sauce on top of the meat.
Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke.
Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
Add a teaspoon of meat tenderizer and a teaspoon of onion powder.
Add a teaspoon of garlic powder and a teaspoon of paprika.
Put the meat in the fridge to marinate for 7-8 hours.
Add the air fryer basket into the Instant Pot.
Remove the marinated slices of beef from the fridge and place them in the air fryer basket.
Put on the air fryer lid and dehydrate for 4 hours at 140 °F.
Serve and enjoy :)

Notes
Don't rush the process to dehydrating. It's important to let it dehydrate for the entire time.
Once the beef is dehydrated, you can store it in a bag or tin and leave it at room temperature.
You can always add heat to your marinate. Add in chili powder, red pepper flakes, or hot sauce
You can use a different kind of meat and make deer jerky or venison jerky instead.
