Instant Pot Stunning Broccoli Soup

  • 2 pound broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 6 cup vegetable broth
  • to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper


  • Arrange the trivet in the bottom of Instant Pot. Add 1 cup of water in Instant Pot.
  • Place the broccoli florets on top of trivet in a single layer and pour broth.
  • Secure the lid and cook under “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Select the “Cancel” and carefully do a Quick release.
  • Remove the lid and transfer the soup in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  • Serve immediately.
