Instructions
Take a bowl, add chipotle sauce, oil, salt, garlic powder, coriander powder, cumin, and mix it all well.
Grease the mushroom slices with the previously prepared sauce mixture.
Take another bowl, add bell peppers, onions, and grease them with the sauce as well.
Place a fryer basket in the pot and do cooking spray on it.
Transfer greased mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions.
Cover the pot with an air fryer lid.
Air fryer at 390F for 12 minutes.
Fill in the tortillas with all the fillings.
Serve and have fun.
