Instructions
Put the olive oil, onion and garlic in the Instant Pot and Sauté for 1 minute.
Add all the spices, tomatoes, carrots and water.
Close the lid and set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 25 minutes at high
pressure.
Release the pressure naturally and serve with cooked pasta.
