  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Pour the water in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.

  2. Put all the ingredients and secure the lid and cook under “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 30 minutes.

  3. Select the “Cancel” and release the pressure quickly.

  4. Remove the lid and serve hot.
