Add all the ingredients into a glass mixing bowl. Combine well so that the kale is covered.
Place the bowl full of coated kale into the air fryer basket inside the Instant Pot.
Put on the airr fryer lid and air fry at 300 °F for 5 minutes.
Do a quick release - and enjoy!

Notes
You do need to rinse the kale before cooking. To dry off the water, pat it dry between two clean paper towels or use a salad spinner to get off as much of the excess water as possible. The kale needs to be dry to crisp up properly in the Instant Pot.
There is no need to trim off the stems of the kale unless you really want to.
