Instant Pot Asparagus Soup

Ingredients

tablespoon
butter
1
garlic clove
chopped

tablespoon
chives

asparagus
chopped
salt and pepper
to taste

cups
chicken broth

cup
cream
Instructions
Press "saute" and add butter.
Once melted, add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add chopped asparagus, salt and pepper and saute for 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth.
Cover the pot and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Blend the soup using a blender or an immersion blender.
Pour the blended soup back into the Instant Pot.
Add cream and saute for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy :)
