Press the "saute" button on your instant pot and add the sesame oil.
Add the chopped onions, bacon, salt, black pepper and stir for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped chili pepper and the chopped collard greens and mix for 2 additional minutes of time.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Serve and enjoy!

If you want to remove the seeds of the pepper, that may help with the spiciness.
Make sure to clean the collard greens well before cutting them up and cooking them.
Keep in mind that your instant pot will look full as you're adding in the collard greens but as they cook, they'll shrink down to more than half their original size!
