Instant Pot Succotash with Herb Rice

Instructions
Put olive oil and bell pepper in the instant pot and Sauté for 4 minutes.
Add all the rest ingredients except herb rice and stir well.
Lock the lid and set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 12 minutes at high pressure.
Release the pressure naturally and put the herb rice and simmer for 30 seconds.
Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs.
