Ingredients

  • 2 pound level corned beef brisket
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 potatoes diced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 head cabbage chunked
  • 3 turnips diced
  • 4 carrots diced

Instructions

  • Put the beef, garlic, bay leaf and water in the Instant Pot and lock the lid.
  • Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” mode for 10 minutes at high pressure.
  • Release the pressure quickly and add potatoes, cabbage, turnips and carrots.
  • Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” mode for 10 minutes at high pressure.
  • Release the pressure naturally and dish out to slice and serve.
