  • 1 pound beef top sirloin steaks fat trimmed
  • 1/2 cup broth/red wine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely minced
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Place butter and minced garlic into your Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.
  • Cook until butter melts, then add your steak.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes per side (until it browns) and add salt, black pepper and the chosen liquid (broth or wine).
  • Close your Instant Pot and cook for about 10 minutes at high pressure (the exact timing depends on the thickness of your steak and how do you like it).
  • Allow steam to be naturally released and serve your steak in slices, topped with the garlic butter sauce and sprinkled with fresh parsley.
