Place butter and minced garlic into your Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.
Cook until butter melts, then add your steak.
Cook for about 2 minutes per side (until it browns) and add salt, black pepper and the chosen liquid (broth or wine).
Close your Instant Pot and cook for about 10 minutes at high pressure (the exact timing depends on the thickness of your steak and how do you like it).
Allow steam to be naturally released and serve your steak in slices, topped with the garlic butter sauce and sprinkled with fresh parsley.
