Ingredients

olive oil

garlic

broccoli
cut into florets

chicken broth

heavy cream

cheddar cheese
salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Press "saute" and add olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli and saute for 3 more minutes.
Add the chicken broth and stir well.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once the cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Add salt and pepper to taste, stir well and saute for 2 minutes.
Add heavy cream and cheddar cheese and stir well.
Press "saute" for 3 minutes and close the lid.
After 3 minutes, open the lid, serve and enjoy!

If you need to saute the broccoli more, you can. The shorter time that you saute it, the crunchier texture it's going to have.
You can add lemon pepper or any other seasoning you like.
You can use fresh or frozen broccoli. Cooking instructions stays the same.
