Instructions
Air Fryer Hot Dogs
Place the air fryer basket Inside the Instant Pot.
Place the hot dogs inside the steamer basket in one layer.
Add the water into the Instant Pot and then put on the air fryer lid.
Hit the Air Fry button on the Instant Pot and set it at 390 °F for 3 minutes.
Take off the lid once the timer beeps.
Add the steamed hot dogs to your buns and pile on the toppings!
Pressure cooker Hot Dogs (Without air fryer lid)
Add the water and hot dogs into the Instant Pot.
Put on the lid and cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
Once the time is up, do a quick release and take off the lid.
Remove the cooked hot dogs, add to the buns, and add toppings!

Notes
The hot dogs will look shriveled up a bit when they're cooked. This is normal and nothing to worry about.
If you want to soften up the hot dog buns, wrap them in a damp paper towel and pop them in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
