Add the rice, water and salt and stir well using a wooden spoon.
Add pork chops and frozen veggies on top.
Once the cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release.
Once done, take off the lid, serve and enjoy :)

If you're worried that the pork is going to be dry, you can set it back into the liquid in the instant pot with the rice to soak up some extra juiciness.
Feel free to change up the frozen vegetables. Peas and carrots are delicious, but you can also add in corn and green peppers, too.
Jasmine rice works best for this recipe but you can use long-grain basmati rice as well.
You can use bone-in pork chops for this recipe. Cooking time stays the same. For best results, use thin pork chops.
You can sear the pork chops before cooking. Just use the saute function and sear for about 2 minutes on each side until brown.
