taco seasoning

chicken broth
divided

chicken breasts
small pieces

rice

Mexican cheese
grated, for serving

chili peppers
chopped, for serving

chopped, for serving

canned black beans
for serving

salsa
for serving
Instructions
Add taco seasoning to the Instant pot.
Add
½ cup
of chicken broth. (You should have some leftover so don't use it all in this step)
Add the chicken breasts pieces and mix well.
Add the rice and another ½ cup of chicken broth.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Remove the lid and serve with your favroite toppings.
