Instructions
Rinse chickpeas and place them in Instant Pot.
Pour over water and add salt.
Lock the lid into place. Select Manual and set to a High pressure.
Cook the chickpeas for 50 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle is done, wait for a natural pressure release.
Serve chickpeas warm, use them for salad, or turn them into a delicious hummus.
