In a high-speed blender,add the apple pieces and water and pulse until well combined.
Through a fine mesh strainer, strain the apple juice into the pot of instant pot.
In the pot, add the maple syrup, orange juice, zest, ginger, cloves and cinnamon sticks and stir to combine.
Select "Sauté" and cook for about 2-3 minutes or mixture starts to boil.
Press “Cancel” and stir the mixture.
Secure the lid and turn to “Seal” position.
Cook on “Manual” with “High Pressure” for about 10 minutes.
Press “Cancel” and allow a natural release for about 15 minutes and then, do a quick release.
Remove the lid and through a fine mesh strainer, strain the hot spiced apple cider into mugs.
