Instructions
Select the “Sauté” of Instant Pot and cook the bacon for about 5 minutes.
With a slotted spoon,transfer the bacon into a large bowl, leaving the grease inside the pots.
In the pot, add the pork and ½ teaspoon of the salt and sear for about 3 minutes.
With a slotted spoon,transfer the pork into the bowl of bacon.
Now, add the beef and ½ teaspoon of the salt and sear for about 3 minutes.
With a slotted spoon,transfer the beef into the bowl of bacon.
Now, add the sausage and cook about 2 minutes.
With a slotted spoon,transfer the sausage into the bowl of bacon.
In the pan, add the onion,garlic and ½ teaspoon of the salt and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Press “Cancel” and stir in the cooked meat mixture, some salt and remaining ingredients.
Secure the lid and turn to “Seal” position.
Cook on “Manual” with “High Pressure” for about 35 minutes.
Press “Cancel” and allow a natural release.
Remove the lid and discard the bay leaves.
Serve hot.
