Instant Pot Chicken Tacos

Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Add chicken, water and salt to the Instant Pot

Step 2

Cook on high pressure for 10 minute and then do a quick release

Step 3

Cut cherry tomatoes, onion, mango and avocado into pieces.

Step 4

Mix all the veggies with lemon juice, salt and cilantro. 

Step 5

Shred the chicken and mix with Sriracha  and honey.

Step 6

Microwave the tortillas and serve together :)
