Instant Pot Egg Roll In A Bowl

Gather all the  ingredients.

Add oil and saute beef until brown.

Add garlic powder, ginger powder, and tamari sauce.

Add sesame seeds oil, rice vinegar, and chicken broth, and saute for 1 minute.

Add cabbage slaw on top. Do not stir.

Cook on high pressure for 0 minutes.  (Yes, 0 minutes)

Perform a quick pressure release.

Open the lid and serve :)
