Instant Pot Flan

Easy Quick Delicious

Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Combine sugar and 1 tbsp of water to make the caramel syrup.

Step 2

Cook the sugar until golden and divide between 3 ramekins.

Step 3

In a saucepot combine heavy cream, milk,  and vanilla and bring to simmer.

Step 4

Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk in the milk mixture until smooth.

Step 5

Strain the eggs into the ramekins, filled up to 3/4 full.

Step 6

Place a trivet, pour 1 cup of water and cook on high pressure for 9 minutes.

Step 7

Wait for a natural pressure release.

Step 8

Chill in the fridge and serve :)
