Instant Pot Chicken Marsala

Quick Easy Delicious

Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Dredge chicken in flour.

Step 2

Add oil and saute chicken on both sides until brown.

Step 3

Add butter, onion and mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add stock and marsala wine.

Step 5

Place the chicken back. 

Step 6

Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes and then do a quick release.

Step 7

Serve and enjoy :)
