Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Press "saute" and add ghee.

Step 2

Add cardamon, peppercorn, cinnamon stick, whole cloves, cumin, and stir.

Step 3

Add shrimp and saute until brown

Step 4

Add water, salt and rice and stir well.

Step 5

Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes and wait for a natural release.

Step 6

Serve and  enjoy :)
