A unique combination of ground pork with ginger, garlic, lemongrass, lime and authentic Asian sauces… This super-easy recipe prepares juicy, spicy and tangybut exceptionally tasty meatballs that will fulfill your expectations nicely.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp lemongrass paste
- 1 tsp fresh lime zest grated
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsbp chili paste
- salt as required
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
Instructions
- For meatballs: in a large bowl, add all the ingredients and with your hands, mix until well combined.
- Make golf ball sized meatballs from the mixture and arrange onto a large parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Freeze or about 20 minutes.
- In the pot of Instant Pot, place the meatballs and top with broth, soy sauce and fish sauce.
- Secure the lid and turn to “Seal” position.
- Cook on “Manual” with “High Pressure” for about 5 minutes.
- Press “Cancel” and allow a natural release for about 10 minutes and then, do a quick release.
- Carefully, remove the lid and serve.
