Instant Pot Zesty Devilled Eggs

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • kosher salt to taste
  • ground pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste


  1. In an instant pot, place a steamer basket.

  2. Add eggs in this basket.

  3. Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 8 minutes, release the pressure naturally through steam vent.

  4. Let the eggs cool down and remove their shells.

  5. Mix yolk from eggs in a bowl.

  6. Add all the ingredients and mix well with the yolks.

  7. Fill the mixture in a piping bag.

  8. In each boiled egg place this mixture in the center.

  9. Garnish with pepper and paprika flakes.
