Instant Pot Zesty Devilled Eggs
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- kosher salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
In an instant pot, place a steamer basket.
Add eggs in this basket.
Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 8 minutes, release the pressure naturally through steam vent.
Let the eggs cool down and remove their shells.
Mix yolk from eggs in a bowl.
Add all the ingredients and mix well with the yolks.
Fill the mixture in a piping bag.
In each boiled egg place this mixture in the center.
Garnish with pepper and paprika flakes.
