Instant Pot Tomato Sauce Spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes crushed
- 5 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup homemade tomato puree
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
Put the olive oil and onions in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.
Sauté for 3 minutes and add garlic, spinach and red pepper flakes.
Sauté for 3 minutes and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 7 minutes.
Release the pressure quickly and serve over pasta.
