  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 pound fish chunks
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • to taste Salt and black pepper


  1. Put the oil and fish chunks in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.

  2. Sauté for 3 minutes and add all the other ingredients.

  3. Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 6 minutes.

  4. Release the pressure naturally and dish out.
