Instant Pot Stunning Broccoli Soup
- 2 pound broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 6 cup vegetable broth
- to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Arrange the trivet in the bottom of Instant Pot. Add 1 cup of water in Instant Pot.
Place the broccoli florets on top of trivet in a single layer and pour broth.
Secure the lid and cook under “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 3-5 minutes.
Select the “Cancel” and carefully do a Quick release.
Remove the lid and transfer the soup in a bowl.
Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
