Stuffed fish is an easy recipe to make in an instant pot which is equally healthy and delicious.
- 1 gefilte fish frozen
- 2 carrots cut in slices
- 1 parsnip sliced
- 1 onion quarter pieces
- Add water in an instant pot, then fish, onion, parsnip and carrots into it.
- Cook for 20 minutes on manual “high” pressure.
- Release the pressure quickly.
- Take out the fish and slice it before serving.
