Instant Pot Steamed Corn Cream Style For Soup And Gravies
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- salt and pepper to taste
Add water and milk in the inner pot of instant pot and let it boil.
Then add corn kernels, salt and pepper in the inner pot.
Close the lid and press the “Manual” button.
Cook for about 6 minutes on HIGH pressure and release the pressure naturally through the steam vent.
Open the lid and take out the corn mixture. Blend it.
Add half-and-half and serve.
