Ingredients
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  • Add water and milk in the inner pot of instant pot and let it boil.
  • Then add corn kernels, salt and pepper in the inner pot.
  • Close the lid and press the “Manual” button.
  • Cook for about 6 minutes on HIGH pressure and release the pressure naturally through the steam vent.
  • Open the lid and take out the corn mixture. Blend it.
  • Add half-and-half and serve.
