  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup cream fresh
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup white sauce
  • 1 can spinach puree
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp sun dried tomatoes for garnishing
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 cup water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Add butter in an instant pot. Add onions, garlic and pepper in it. Sauté. 
  • Pour water in it. Add tomato paste, spinach puree and salt. Sauté 
  • Cook on manual “High” pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Release the pressure naturally.
  • Add white sauce and fresh cream to the pot.
  • Blend all the ingredients to get right consistency.
  • Serve with the topping of cream and sun dried tomatoes.
